All candidates in Canada must apply for the NAVLE through the NEB. A registration form will be sent (via Canada Post) to all eligible candidates. The deadline for receiving the NAVLE registration form at the NEB office is indicated on the registration form and is typically about 92 days prior to the beginning of each testing window.
