Prior to the next available examination session, an applicant who is a graduate, or a final year student (within 12 months of graduation), of a non-Canadian college of veterinary medicine and who has been granted eligibility to register for the Examination examination may register to take the BCSE by submitting:
a) The completed registration form;
b) The appropriate Examination Fee.
